I have had several maintenance issues since moving in about a year and half ago. Both maintenance techs were polite, efficient, ... and always took care of the problem. However I have dealt with Michelle the last few times and want to evaluate her at the highest level possible. She is quite knowledgeable about electricity, plumbing and anything else needed. Amazing Manager

Thank you doesn’t seem like enough as I’m writing this review. I currently live in Texas and in the process of moving back ... to my home state of Michigan. While I am familiar with apartment living in Michigan, Covid has thrown a lot of additional precautions in place when trying to find an apartment. While I do understand the communities having safety measures in place, communication is key! I have spent money on application fees for 3 different units in which all ran my credit however, not one has called me back. I called and spoke with Juanita who was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. She went above and beyond to get me approved in 2 days. Now the preparation of moving from one state to another just got a little easier. A lot of stress has lifted off of me in communicating with Juanita.
